These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Freedom Cleaning Services, Inc.(“Freedom Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Freedom Cleaning Services provides carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and related residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Treasure Valley and Eastern Oregon. Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided online, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on site based on actual square footage, condition of materials, accessibility, soiling level, required pre-treatments, or additional services requested at the time of cleaning. We will communicate any pricing changes before completing the work.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. Confirmed appointments are reserved for you.
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip-charge fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best possible result, you agree to:
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Remove small, fragile, or valuable items from cleaning areas prior to our arrival.
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, stains, prior treatments, pet damage, or known material sensitivities before work begins.
- Ensure adequate water, electrical access, and parking are available for our crew and equipment.
6. Results and Limitations
As an IICRC Certified Firm, we follow industry-approved cleaning methods. However, some stains, odors, wear patterns, dye loss, fiber damage, and pre-existing conditions cannot be fully removed or reversed. We do not guarantee complete stain removal and are not responsible for issues arising from the age, condition, or manufacturer defects of the materials cleaned.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable late fees and interest as permitted by law. You agree to reimburse us for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees, incurred to collect overdue amounts.
8. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 72 hours of service so we can return to address the issue. This is your exclusive remedy for service-quality concerns.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Cleaning Services' total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the site design — is owned by or licensed to Freedom Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Links and Booking
Our website may link to or embed third-party services (for example, our online booking provider). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.
12. Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your quote, appointment, or account. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
